Successful consulting in the field of M&A communication by cometis <\/h2>\n

Wiesbaden, 17.08.2017<\/strong> \u2013 cometis AG<\/a>, one of the leading investor relations agencies in Germany, advised the former owners of Vitanas Holding GmbH (Vitanas) and PFLEGEN & WOHNEN HAMBURG GmbH (PFLEGEN & WOHNEN HAMBURG) regarding the sale of a majority of their shares to the Oaktree Group over the last months. The consulting including every strategic and operational aspect of financial and corporate communications as well as spokesmen of the companies were provided by cometis.<\/p>\n

Vitanas and PFLEGEN & WOHNEN HAMBURG are one of the biggest private operators of nursing homes in Germany with a combined 8.300 slots for individuals dependent on care. Former owners of Vitanas were the family of Nikolai P. Burkart (Burkart Verwaltungen GmbH). The PFLEGEN & WOHNEN HAMBURG GmbH was equally owned by the Andreas Franke consortium and Vitanas. Both companies developed positively under the former owners.
