Mr. Binder also informed the Management Board of Delticom AG that he would like to remain associated with the company and has offered to continue to contribute his many years of expertise in the areas of purchasing and pricing into the company even after the end of his Supervisory Board activities in the form of a consultancy agreement. In doing so, he will forego remuneration for his work in order to further support the successful turnaround process of the company. Januar 2020<\/stong> \u2013 Der Vorsitzende des Aufsichtsrats, Mitgr\u00fcnder und mittelbare Gro\u00dfaktion\u00e4r der Delticom AG (WKN 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, B\u00f6rsenk\u00fcrzel DEX), Herr Rainer Binder, hat dem Vorstand heute mitgeteilt, dass er seine \u00c4mter als Vorsitzender und Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats aus pers\u00f6nlichen Gr\u00fcnden mit Wirkung zum 29. Februar 2020 niederzule-gen beabsichtigt. Herr Binder hat dem Vorstand der Delticom AG ferner mitgeteilt, dass er der Gesellschaft weiterhin verbunden bleiben m\u00f6chte und hat angeboten, sein langj\u00e4hriges Know-how in den Bereichen Einkauf und Pricing auch nach Beendigung seiner Aufsichtsratst\u00e4tigkeit im Rahmen eines Beratervertrags weiterhin in die Gesellschaft einzubringen.
