Under his management, the company has developed from a Munich-based start-up to today&#8217;s leading pan-European e-commerce retailer for pet food and pet products. Mrs. Skersies, with the company since 2000 and board member since 2005, has accompanied the company&#8217;s successful development and growth with responsibility for Sales &#038; Marketing. Mr. Grandinger was appointed to the Management Board in 2013, and has led the company&#8217;s finance department since then, as well as its purchasing function as of June 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The company generated EUR 711 million of sales in 2015. September die Vertr\u00e4ge des Vorstandsvorsitzenden Dr. Cornelius Patt sowie der Vorst\u00e4nde Andrea Skersies und Andreas Grandinger f\u00fcr eine weitere Amtszeit verl\u00e4ngert. Mit der Verl\u00e4ngerung best\u00e4tigt der Aufsichtsrat die erfolgreiche Arbeit des bestehenden Vorstandes und stellt die Kontinuit\u00e4t der Unternehmensf\u00fchrung sicher. Dr. Cornelius Patt ist Mitgr\u00fcnder und Vorstand der zooplus AG seit 1999, im Jahr 2006 wurde er zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden berufen. Unter seiner F\u00fchrung entwickelte sich das Unternehmen vom M\u00fcnchener Start-Up zum heute europaweit f\u00fchrenden eCommerceAnbieter f\u00fcr Heimtierprodukte.
