The dividend corridor would replace the existing dividend policy in its entirety. TAKKT had generally paid out 30 percent of the profit for the period as an ordinary dividend but not less than the<br \/>\nordinary dividend of the previous year. The existing provision also included the distribution of an additional special dividend if the total equity ratio reached or exceeded the upper end of TAKKT&#8217;s own target corridor of 30 to 60 percent.<\/p>\n<p>With the change in the dividend policy TAKKT strives for a dividend stream that is as consistent and reliable as possible and also intends the shareholders to participate in a greater degree in the company&#8217;s success.<\/p>\n<p>As a consequence of the proposed change of the dividend policy, the Management Board of TAKKT AG also resolved &#8211; subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board &#8211; to propose to the Shareholders&#8217; Meeting on May 10, 2016 a dividend payout of EUR 0.50 per share for the 2015 financial year. This corresponds to a payout ratio of 40 percent of the profits for the period. Der Dividendenkorridor soll die bisherige Dividendenpolitik vollst\u00e4ndig ersetzen, wonach TAKKT grunds\u00e4tzlich 30 Prozent des Periodenergebnisses als Basisdividende ausgesch\u00fcttet hat, mindestens jedoch so viel wie die Basisdividende des Vorjahres. Die bisherige Regelung sah zudem die Aussch\u00fcttung einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Sonderdividende vor, sollte die Konzerneigenkapitalquote das obere Ende des selbstgesteckten Zielkorridors von 30 bis 60 Prozent erreichen bzw. \u00fcbertreffen.\r\n\r\nMit der ge\u00e4nderten Dividendenpolitik werden ein m\u00f6glichst stetiger und verl\u00e4sslicher Dividendenstrom sowie eine st\u00e4rkere Beteiligung der TAKKT-Aktion\u00e4re am Erfolg ihrer Gesellschaft angestrebt.\r\n\r\nAls Konsequenz aus der vorgeschlagenen \u00c4nderung der Dividendenpolitik hat der Vorstand der TAKKT AG ferner beschlossen - vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats -, der Hauptversammlung am 10. Mai 2016 f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2015 die Aussch\u00fcttung einer Dividende von 0,50 Euro je St\u00fcckaktie vorzuschlagen. Dies entspricht einer Aussch\u00fcttungsquote von 40 Prozent des Periodenergebnisses.
