Adjusted EBITDA stood at EUR 7.7 million (previous year: EUR 4.5 million).<\/p>\n<p>Uwe B\u00f6gershausen, CFO of SLM Solutions, expresses his satisfaction: &#8220;We are pleased that as of the conclusion of 2015 we have essentially reached our announced targets. We grew our consolidated revenue significantly beyond our initially announced range of EUR 55 million to EUR 60 million. By the nine-month stage, we were already above our level for the whole of 2014, having already achieved EUR 33.9 million of revenue. Then we added a further EUR 31.8 million of revenue in the fourth quarter. In terms of new order intake, too, most of our orders derived from the fourth quarter, which is also when the formnext trade fair was held. With 102 orders in total, we have easily achieved our target of at least 100 machines. Reporting an 11.7 % adjusted EBITDA margin, we finished slightly under our 12 to 13 % range, which is due to other operating expenses connected with expanding our global sales and service network.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>CEO Dr. Markus Rechlin adds: &#8220;We significantly expanded our global presence again last year with the founding of two new subsidiaries in Shanghai and Moscow. We are drawing ever closer to customers in important key markets, and we are gradually further developing ourselves on the path to becoming a comprehensive solutions provider for additive manufacturing. Together with our partner JUREC, we advise our customers in the additive construction of components. Through joint ventures in the consumables and software development areas, we aim to bolster services beyond machine sales.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We wish to expand after-sales into a second business pillar, and thereby also mitigate seasonal revenue fluctuations,&#8221; B\u00f6gershausen adds. &#8220;We aim to continue to grow at least as fast as the global 3D printing market. With a view to 2016, we consequently currently assume consolidated revenue of at least EUR 85 million to EUR 90 million \u2013 along with a rising EBITDA margin. Februar 2016 \u2013 Die SLM Solutions Group AG \u2013 ein f\u00fchrender Anbieter metallbasierter additiver Fertigungstechnologie (\u201e3D-Druck\u201c) \u2013 steigerte den Konzernumsatz im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2015 (auf Basis vorl\u00e4ufiger IFRS-Zahlen) um 96,0 % auf 65,8 Mio. EUR, wozu insbesondere das starke vierte Quartal beitrug (Umsatzwachstum von 116,3 %). Das bereinigte EBITDA lag bei 7,7 Mio. EUR (Vorjahr: 4,5 Mio. EUR). \r\n\r\nUwe B\u00f6gershausen, Finanzvorstand von SLM Solutions, ist zufrieden: \u201eWir freuen uns, dass wir mit Abschluss des Jahres 2015 unsere angek\u00fcndigten Ziele im Wesentlichen erreicht haben. Den Konzernumsatz konnten wir \u00fcber die zun\u00e4chst angek\u00fcndigte Spanne von 55 bis 60 Mio. EUR hinaus deutlich steigern. Nach neun Monaten lagen wir mit 33,9 Mio. EUR bereits \u00fcber dem Wert f\u00fcr das ganze Jahr 2014. Im vierten Quartal kamen noch weitere 31,8 Mio. EUR hinzu. Auch beim Auftragseingang stammt ein Gro\u00dfteil der Bestellungen aus dem Schlussquartal, in der auch die formnext stattfand. Mit insgesamt 102 Bestellungen haben wir unser Ziel von mindestens 100 Maschinen gut erreicht. Bei der bereinigten EBITDA-Marge von 11,7 % sind wir leicht unterhalb des Korridors von 12 bis 13 % geblieben: Grund hierf\u00fcr sind sonstige betriebliche Aufwendungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Aufbau unseres weltweiten Vertrieb- und Servicenetzwerks.\u201c\r\n\r\nDer Vorstandsvorsitzende Dr. Markus Rechlin f\u00fchrt weiter aus: \u201eMit der Gr\u00fcndung von zwei neuen Tochtergesellschaften in Shanghai und Moskau konnten wir unsere weltweite Pr\u00e4senz im letzten Jahr noch einmal deutlich ausbauen.
