Significant progress was achieved in onshore and offshore wind farm projects. In addition to the German market, business in foreign countries continues to develop in a positive manner.<\/p>\n<p><b>Development of onshore wind farms is on schedule<\/b><br \/>\nThe project pipeline of the wind farm developer is well filled. At present, the PNE WIND Group is building wind farms with approx. 94 MW nominal output in Germany and France. Of these, German wind farms with approx. 43 MW are planned to be included in the new European wind farm portfolio. The Company intends to bundle portfolio capacities to the total amount of more than 200 MW.<\/p>\n<p>With the scheduled completion of the \u201cWindpark Altenbruch\u201d repowering project, the last two wind power turbines for the 142 MW project portfolio, which was sold last year, were commissioned.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, WKN AG had a major success in the USA shortly after the balance sheet date. In July, the PNE WIND subsidiary announced the sale of the project rights in the 80 megawatt wind farm &#8220;Vivaldi Springtime&#8221; to Pattern Development.<\/p>\n<p><b>Offshore successes<\/b><br \/>\nThe offshore division also developed positively. As early as in January this year, the Company sold the North Sea-based \u201cAtlantis I\u201d project to Vattenfall. PNE WIND continues to be in charge of the project as a service provider and will benefit from additional milestone payments in the future. This also applies to the \u201cGode Wind 3\u201d offshore project, which was sold to DONG Energy in 2012 and which was one of four offshore wind farms to be awarded a contract within the framework of the first government offshore call for tenders in the first quarter of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;PNE WIND is progressing according to plan. In the first six months of 2017, we achieved significant progress and sales results for onshore and offshore wind farm projects. Foreign countries are playing an increasingly important role,&#8221; comments Markus Lesser, Chief Executive Officer of the PNE WIND Group. &#8220;We plan to further strengthen our competitiveness and that of our projects in the upcoming months. Another objective is to develop new, promising markets in growth regions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><b>Results of the first half year of 2017 and outlook<\/b><br \/>\nThe high level of expenditure related to the establishment of the European wind farm portfolio has had a negative effect on the half year&#8217;s results. However, when evaluating these results, it must be taken into account that these investments create values that will only later have a positive impact on earnings.<\/p>\n<p>In the first six months of 2017, the Group generated sales of euro 39.5 million (prior year: euro 44.8 million), total aggregate output of euro 50.0 million (prior year: euro 61.1 million), operating profit (EBIT) of euro -5.0 million (prior year: euro -1.4 million) and undiluted earnings per share of euro -0.08 (prior year: euro -0.10). With a strong equity ratio of 52.59 percent (previous year: 31.71 percent) and high liquidity amounting to euro 122.1 million as at June 30, 2017, the PNE WIND Group is in a good position on the market<\/p>\n<p><b>Forecast confirmed<\/b><br \/>\nPerspectives for the second half of 2017 are positive and are in line with the Company&#8217;s plans. In addition to earnings contributions from project planning and realisation of the wind farms in Germany and in foreign countries, for the third quarter of 2017, PNE WIND is expecting an earnings contribution resulting from a bonus payment for services in relation to the wind farm portfolio which was sold at the end of 2016. This bonus payment is expected to be a low two-digit million euro amount.<\/p>\n<p>For the 2017 full year, the Board of Management confirms its forecast and, as before, expects a consolidated Group EBIT in the range of euro 0 to euro 15 million. Quartal erwartet<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nCuxhaven, 10. August 2017 \u2013 Der Windenergiespezialist PNE WIND befindet sich im Plan: das erste Halbjahr 2017 war gepr\u00e4gt von operativen Erfolgen im In- und Ausland. Bei Windparkprojekten an Land und auf See wurden wichtige Fortschritte erzielt. Neben dem deutschen Markt entwickelt sich das Auslandsgesch\u00e4ft positiv.\r\n\r\n<b>Entwicklung bei Windparks an Land voll im Plan\u00a0<\/b>\r\nDie Projektpipeline des Windenergiespezialisten ist gut gef\u00fcllt. Aktuell errichtet die PNE WIND-Gruppe in Deutschland und Frankreich Windparks mit rund 94 MW Nennleistung. Davon sind deutsche Windparks mit rund 43 MW f\u00fcr das neue europ\u00e4ische Windparkportfolio vorgesehen. Insgesamt sollen in dem Portfolio Kapazit\u00e4ten von \u00fcber 200 MW geb\u00fcndelt werden.\r\n\r\nMit der planm\u00e4\u00dfigen Fertigstellung des Repoweringprojekts \u201eWindpark Altenbruch\u201c wurden die beiden letzten Windenergieanlagen f\u00fcr das im vergangenen Jahr ver\u00e4u\u00dferte 142 MW-Projektportfolio in Betrieb genommen.\r\n\r\nDie WKN AG erzielte zudem kurz nach Ende des Bilanzstichtages einen gro\u00dfen Erfolg in den USA. So verk\u00fcndete die PNE WIND-Tochter im Juli den Verkauf der Projektrechte an dem 80 Megawatt-Windpark \u201eVivaldi Springtime\u201c an Pattern Development.\r\n\r\n<b>Erfolge im Offshore-Bereich<\/b>\r\nDer Offshore-Bereich entwickelte sich ebenfalls erfreulich. Bereits im Januar dieses Jahres konnte das Projekt \u201eAtlantis I\u201c in der Nordsee an Vattenfall ver\u00e4u\u00dfert werden. PNE WIND ist als Dienstleister weiterhin f\u00fcr das Projekt t\u00e4tig und kann zuk\u00fcnftig von weiteren Meilensteinzahlungen profitieren. Das gilt auch f\u00fcr das 2012 an DONG Energy verkaufte Offshore-Projekt \u201eGode Wind 3\u201c, das im ersten Quartal 2017 als einer von vier Windparks auf See in der ersten staatlichen Offshore-Auktionsrunde einen Zuschlag erhalten hat.\r\n\r\n\u201ePNE WIND entwickelt sich nach Plan. Im ersten Halbjahr 2017 konnten wir bei Windparkprojekten an Land und auf See wichtige Fortschritte und Verkaufserfolge erzielen. Das Ausland spielt dabei eine zunehmend wichtigere Rolle\u201c, kommentiert Markus Lesser, Vorstandsvorsitzender der PNE WIND-Gruppe. \u201eIn den kommenden Monaten planen wir unsere Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit und die unserer Projekte weiter zu st\u00e4rken. Zus\u00e4tzlich gilt es, neue Zukunftsm\u00e4rkte in Wachstumsregionen zu erschlie\u00dfen.\u201c\r\n\r\n<b>Ergebnisse des 1.Halbjahrs 2017 und Ausblick<\/b>\r\nDie mit dem Aufbau des europ\u00e4ischen Windparkportfolios verbundenen hohen Aufwendungen wirkten sich belastend auf das Halbjahresergebnis aus. Bei der Bewertung dieses Ergebnisses ist jedoch zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, dass durch die Investitionen Werte geschaffen wurden, die erst sp\u00e4ter ergebniswirksam werden.\r\n\r\nIm ersten Halbjahr 2017 wies der Konzern Umsatzerl\u00f6se in H\u00f6he von 39,5 Mio. Euro (im Vorjahr: 44,8 Mio. Euro), eine Gesamtleistung von 50,0 Mio. Euro (im Vorjahr: 61,1 Mio. Euro), ein Betriebsergebnis (EBIT) von -5,0 Mio. Euro (im Vorjahr: -1,4 Mio. Euro) und ein unverw\u00e4ssertes Ergebnis je Aktie von\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 -0,08 Euro (im Vorjahr: -0,10 Euro) auf. Mit einer starken Eigenkapitalquote von 52,59 Prozent (Vorjahr: 31,71 Prozent) sowie einer hohen Liquidit\u00e4t von 122,1 Mio. Euro zum 30. Juni 2017 ist die PNE WIND-Gruppe sehr gut aufgestellt.\r\n\r\n<b>Prognose best\u00e4tigt<\/b>\r\nDie Perspektiven f\u00fcr das zweite Halbjahr 2017 sind positiv und liegen im Rahmen der Planung. Neben den Ergebnisbeitr\u00e4gen aus der Projektierung und Realisierung der Windparks im In- und Ausland erwartet PNE WIND im 3. Quartal 2017 einen Ergebnisbeitrag aus einer Bonuszahlung f\u00fcr Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Ende 2016 verkauften Windparkportfolio. Dieser wird sich voraussichtlich auf einen niedrigen zweistelligen Millionen-Euro-Betrag belaufen.\r\n\r\nF\u00fcr das Gesamtjahr 2017 best\u00e4tigt der Vorstand den Ausblick und prognostiziert unver\u00e4ndert ein Konzern-EBIT im Bereich von 0 bis 15 Mio. Euro.
