For the purposes of collaborating in the development, further development, production and distribution of aluminium alloys, SLM and PKM intend to form a joint venture company with limited liability and EUR 25,000.00 of share capital. Februar 2016 \u2013 Die SLM Solutions Group AG (\u201eSLM\u201c) mit Sitz in L\u00fcbeck (ISIN: DE000A111338, WKN: A11133) hat heute durch Abschluss eines verbindlichen Term Sheets eine Grundsatzvereinbarung \u00fcber ein Joint Venture mit der PKM Future Holding GmbH, Niedernberg, (\u201ePKM\u201c) zum Einstieg in das Pulvergesch\u00e4ft abgeschlossen. \r\n\r\nHintergrund ist die bereits zum B\u00f6rsengang von SLM im Jahr 2014 angek\u00fcndigte strategische Weiterentwicklung des Gesch\u00e4fts mit Verbrauchsmaterialien f\u00fcr metallbasierte additive Fertigungsanlagen durch Zusammenarbeit mit einem Hersteller von Metallpulvern. Zum Zwecke der Zusammenarbeit bei der Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung, Produktion und dem Vertrieb von Aluminiumlegierungen beabsichtigen SLM und PKM, eine Joint-Venture-Gesellschaft mit beschr\u00e4nkter Haftung und einem Stammkapital von EUR 25.000,00 zu gr\u00fcnden.
