Shareholders approved all items on the agenda with large majorities. Delticom AG Supervisory Board members Rainer Binder, Michael Th\u00f6ne-Fl\u00f6ge and Alan Revie were confirmed in their posts for a further five years. Shareholders will receive a dividend payout of EUR 0.50 per share for the 2015 financial year.<\/p>\n<p>The first quarter 2016<br \/>\n&#8220;As last year (2015) springlike temperatures in some parts of Germany already bestowed us with our first summer tyre sales intake as early as mid-March, the Delticom Group&#8217;s Q1 2015 sales revenue reported 18.1 % year-on-year growth. March this year was cold, by contrast, with snow still falling at higher altitudes, delaying the start of the 2016 summer tyre season until the end of March. Many orders submitted in the week following Easter were only delivered to our customers beginning of April. These sales revenues will be recognized during the second quarter of 2016 accordingly. This effect has meant that both revenues and EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization) in the first quarter of 2016 in the core business of Delticom AG are down compared with the previous year. April sales have been good, so we are certain that the first three months&#8217; downtrend represented just a shift from March into April. Given this, we are confirming our full-year guidance for the core business of Delticom, and we continue to target revenues growth to EUR 600 million, and EUR 18 million of EBITDA,&#8221; said Andreas Pr\u00fcfer about 2016 business trends in his speech.<\/p>\n<p>Already after the first four months of the year, the Management Board anticipates a positive result and revenues up on the previous year&#8217;s equivalent period. F\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2015 erhalten die Anteilseigner eine Dividendenauszahlung pro Aktie in H\u00f6he von 0,50 \u20ac.\r\n\r\n<strong>Das erste Quartal 2016<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\"Da im letzten Jahr (2015) fr\u00fchlingshafte Temperaturen in Teilen von Deutschland bereits Mitte M\u00e4rz ein erstes Absatzplus bei Sommerreifen beg\u00fcnstigt hatten, lag der Umsatz der Delticom-Gruppe im Q1 2015 um 18,1 % \u00fcber dem Vorjahr. Im laufenden Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr war der M\u00e4rz hingegen vergleichsweise kalt und es fiel in h\u00f6heren Lagen noch Schnee. Daher hat sich der Start in die Sommerreifen-Saison 2016 auf Ende M\u00e4rz verschoben. Viele der in der Woche nach Ostern eingegangenen Bestellungen wurden erst im April an unsere Kunden zugestellt. Die Realisierung dieser Umsatzerl\u00f6se erfolgte dementsprechend im 2. Quartal 2016. Aufgrund dieses Effekts liegen sowohl der Umsatz als auch das Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (EBITDA) im Q1 2016 im Kerngesch\u00e4ft der Delticom AG hinter dem Vorjahr zur\u00fcck. Die Verk\u00e4ufe im April waren gut, so dass wir sicher sind, dass es sich bei der r\u00fcckl\u00e4ufigen Entwicklung in den ersten drei Monaten lediglich um Verschiebungen von M\u00e4rz auf April handelt. Vor diesem Hintergrund best\u00e4tigen wir unsere Gesamtjahresprognose f\u00fcr das Kerngesch\u00e4ft der Delticom: unver\u00e4ndert streben wir eine Umsatzsteigerung auf 600 Mio. \u20ac und ein EBITDA von 18 Mio. \u20ac an\", sagte Andreas Pr\u00fcfer in seiner Rede zur Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung in 2016.\r\n\r\nDer Vorstand erwartet bereits nach Abschluss der ersten 4 Monate ein positives Ergebnis und Ums\u00e4tze \u00fcber dem Vergleichszeitraum des Vorjahres.
