In a challenging market environment the company generated revenues of \u20ac 559.8 million (2014: \u20ac 501.7 million). With an increase in revenues of 11.6 %, the group significantly exceeded its full-year revenues forecast of \u20ac 540 million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at \u20ac 14.3 million (2014: 15.3 million). With a decrease of 6.6 %, Delticom did not quite reach its target of matching the previous year&#8217;s EBITDA. This was due to one-off expenses incurred in the financial year 2015. Excluding extraordinary expenses, operating earnings before depreciation amounted to \u20ac 15.9 million. Consolidated net income for 2015 came in at \u20ac 3.4 million, after \u20ac 2.9 million the previous year. Earnings per share were \u20ac 0.28 (2014: \u20ac 0.24).<\/p>\n<p>At the Annual General Meeting on May 3, 2016, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of \u20ac 0.50 per share (2014: \u20ac 0.25, +100 %). In the fiscal year 2014 \u2013 the year after the Tirendo acquisition \u2013 Delticom for the first time in company\u2019s history with a dividend of \u20ac 0.50 per share did only pay out about half of fiscal year 2013\u2019s earnings per share as dividend. One reason for this dividend cut were possibly necessary investments into Tirendo. Following the successfully completed restructuring process and the achieved cost savings in 2015, part of the reserve formed in 2014 will now be used for the dividend payment in the current fiscal year. With the marked dividend increase the management board and the supervisory board once again would like to enable the shareholders of Delticom AG to significantly participate in the success of the company.<\/p>\n<p>Company Profile:<\/p>\n<p>Delticom is Europe&#8217;s leading online retailer for tyres and car parts and accessories. M\u00e4rz 2016<\/strong>&nbsp;- F\u00fcr Delticom (WKN 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, B\u00f6rsenk\u00fcrzel DEX), Europas f\u00fchrenden Internet-Reifenh\u00e4ndler, war 2015 ein erfolgreiches Jahr. In einem anspruchsvollen Marktumfeld erzielte das Unternehmen einen Umsatz von 559,8 Mio. \u20ac (2014: 501,7 Mio. \u20ac). Mit dem gegen\u00fcber Vorjahr um 11,6 % gesteigerten Gesamtjahresumsatz hat die Gesellschaft die Gesamtjahresprognose von 540 Mio. \u20ac deutlich \u00fcbertroffen. Das Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (EBITDA) dagegen liegt mit 14,3 Mio. \u20ac um 6,6 % unter dem Vorjahreswert von 15,3 Mio. \u20ac. Das angestrebte Ziel, mindestens ein EBITDA in H\u00f6he des Vorjahres zu erwirtschaften, wurde dementsprechend nicht ganz erreicht. Der Grund hierf\u00fcr sind im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr angefallene Einmalaufwendungen. Ohne Ber\u00fccksichtigung dieser au\u00dferordentlichen Aufwendungen liegt das operative Ergebnis vor Abschreibungen bei 15,9 Mio. Euro. Insgesamt bel\u00e4uft sich das Konzernergebnis auf 3,4 Mio. \u20ac nach 2,9 Mio. \u20ac im Vorjahr. Das Ergebnis je Aktie betr\u00e4gt 0,28 \u20ac (2014: 0,24 \u20ac).\r\n\r\nVorstand und Aufsichtsrat werden der Hauptversammlung am 03.05.2016 eine gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr um 100 % h\u00f6here Dividende von 0,50 \u20ac pro Aktie vorschlagen (Vorjahr: 0,25 \u20ac). Im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2014 \u2013 dem Jahr nach der Tirendo-Akquisition \u2013 hatte die Gesellschaft erstmals in der Unternehmensgeschichte mit einer Dividende in H\u00f6he von 0,50 \u20ac je Aktie nur knapp die H\u00e4lfte des im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2013 erzielten Ergebnisses je Aktie im Konzern ausgesch\u00fcttet. Die K\u00fcrzung geschah unter anderem vor dem Hintergrund m\u00f6glicherweise notwendiger Investitionen in Tirendo. Aufgrund der abgeschlossenen Restrukturierung und den damit einhergehenden Kosteneinsparungen im abgelaufenen Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2015, wird ein Teil der in 2014 gebildeten Reserve f\u00fcr die Dividendenzahlung im laufenden Jahr verwendet. Mit der gegen\u00fcber Vorjahr deutlichen Anhebung der Dividende m\u00f6chten Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat die Aktion\u00e4re der Delticom AG ma\u00dfgeblich am Unternehmenserfolg beteiligen.\r\n\r\n<b>Unternehmensprofil:<\/b>\r\n\r\nDelticom ist Europas f\u00fchrender Onlineh\u00e4ndler f\u00fcr Reifen und Autozubeh\u00f6r.
