Juni 2017<\/b>\u00a0- Im Rahmen der Kapitalerh\u00f6hung der DEAG Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft (eingetragen in das Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Charlottenburg (Berlin) am 24. Mai 2017) war Hauck & Aufh\u00e4user Privatbankiers AG entsprechend der Darstellung im Bezugsangebot vom 4. Mai 2017 in ihrer Funktion als Stabilisierungsmanager berechtigt, selbst oder durch verbundene Unternehmen Ma\u00dfnahmen zu ergreifen, die auf die St\u00fctzung des B\u00f6rsen- oder Marktpreises der bestehenden und\/oder neuen Aktien der DEAG Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft abzielen, um einem bestehenden Verkaufsdruck entgegenzuwirken.\r\n\r\nDer Stabilisierungszeitraum begann mit der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des Bezugsangebots f\u00fcr die neuen Aktien am 4. Mai 2017 und endete am 21.
