(CORESTATE), a fully-integrated investment manager and co-investor based in Luxembourg, have adopted all agenda items with great approval at today&#8217;s Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The Annual General Meeting resolved, among other topics, to distribute a dividend of EUR 1 per share. The payout sum amounts to EUR 13,606,999 in total. Based on the adjusted net profit for fiscal year 2016, the dividend ratio is thus around 70% as management had announced.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the shareholders unanimously voted in favor of the administration&#8217;s proposal to create new authorized capital of up to EUR 2m. This measure will enable the company to continue to act quickly and flexibly in the future with regard to its financing needs and pursuing strategic development opportunities. On the basis of the closing price of the share on April 21, 2017, this equates to an additional equity volume of approx. (CORESTATE), ein vollintegrierter Investmentmanager und Co-Investor mit Sitz in Luxemburg, haben auf der heutigen Hauptversammlung alle Tagesordnungspunkte mit gro\u00dfer Zustimmung angenommen.\r\n\r\nDie Hauptversammlung beschloss unter anderem die Aussch\u00fcttung einer Dividende in H\u00f6he von EUR 1 je Aktie. Die Aussch\u00fcttungssumme bel\u00e4uft sich auf insgesamt EUR 13.606.999. Bezogen auf den bereinigten Konzernjahres\u00fcberschuss des Gesch\u00e4ftsjahrs 2016 liegt die Aussch\u00fcttungsquote damit, wie vom Management angek\u00fcndigt, bei ca. 70%.\r\n\r\nDie Aktion\u00e4re stimmten dar\u00fcber hinaus einstimmig f\u00fcr den Vorschlag der Verwaltung zur Schaffung eines neuen Genehmigten Kapitals in H\u00f6he von bis zu EUR 2 Mio. Diese Ma\u00dfnahme wird es der Gesellschaft erm\u00f6glichen, auch in Zukunft hinsichtlich ihres Finanzierungsbedarfs und strategischer Entwicklungsm\u00f6glichkeiten schnell und flexibel agieren zu k\u00f6nnen.
