(CORESTATE), a fully integrated investment manager and co-investor, in December 2016, announced the acquisition of a 94.9% stake in Hannover LEASING GmbH &#038; Co. KG including HANNOVER LEASING Group&#8217;s affiliates. Completion of the transaction was subject to the conclusion of owner control procedures by BaFin which has been completed now. BaFin advised that there are no reasons for prohibition of the acquisition. Therefore the transaction can be closed in early July this year. The sellers are essentially the majority shareholders, Landesbank Hessen-Th\u00fcringen Girozentrale (Helaba) and Hessisch-Th\u00fcringische Sparkassen-Beteiligungsgesellschaft (HTSB). (CORESTATE), ein vollintegrierter Immobilien-Investmentmanager und Co-Investor, hat im Dezember 2016 den Kauf von 94,9% der Anteile an der HANNOVER LEASING GmbH & Co. KG einschlie\u00dflich der zur HANNOVER LEASING-Gruppe geh\u00f6renden Konzerngesellschaften bekannt gegeben. Der Vollzug der Transaktion stand unter dem Vorbehalt des Abschlusses des Inhaberkontrollverfahrens durch die BaFin, das nunmehr erfolgreich abgeschlossen ist. Die BaFin hat mitgeteilt, dass dem Erwerb keine Untersagungsgr\u00fcnde entgegenstehen. Damit kann der Vollzug der Transaktion Anfang Juli diesen Jahres erfolgen. Verk\u00e4ufer sind im Wesentlichen die Mehrheitsgesellschafter Landesbank Hessen-Th\u00fcringen Girozentrale (Helaba) und die Hessisch-Th\u00fcringische Sparkassen-Beteiligungsgesellschaft (HTSB).
