Post the private placement, Hans-Joachim Ihde holds a 16.77% interest in the Company through Ceresio GmbH (&#8220;Ceresio&#8221;). Deutsche Bank acted as Sole Manager in the share placement whereas Lazard &amp; Co. GmbH acted as financial advisor to Ceresio. With regard to their remaining shareholdings, Ceresio has entered into a lock-up obligation of twelve months.<\/p>\n<p>Hans-Joachim Ihde: &#8220;I remain highly committed to the Company in my various roles. With more than 16.7% of the shares I will remain a major long-term shareholder as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. I strongly believe that the Company is uniquely positioned to capitalise on the enormous growth opportunities in additive manufacturing and I look forward to accompanying SLM Solutions on its continuing growth path. Februar 2018 \u2013 Hans-Joachim Ihde, Gr\u00fcnder und Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der SLM Solutions Group AG (die \u201eGesellschaft\u201c), hat den Vorstand der Gesellschaft heute dar\u00fcber in Kenntnis gesetzt, dass er insgesamt 1.312.200 Aktien der Gesellschaft (das entspricht 7,3% des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft) an eine limitierte Anzahl institutioneller Investoren im Wege einer Privatplatzierung verkauft hat. Nach Abschluss der erfolgten Platzierung bleibt Hans-Joachim Ihde via der Ceresio GmbH (\u201eCeresio\u201c) mit 16,77% weiterhin an der Gesellschaft beteiligt. Deutsche Bank hat die Privatplatzierung als Sole Manager begleitet. Lazard & Co. GmbH agierte als Finanzberater f\u00fcr Ceresio. F\u00fcr den verbleibenden Aktienbesitz unterliegt Ceresio einem markt\u00fcblichen Lock-Up von 12 Monaten.\r\n\r\nHans-Joachim Ihde f\u00fchrt aus: \u201eIch bleibe der Gesellschaft in meinen verschiedenen Funktionen weiter verbunden.
