The reason is the great interest by investors in the new bonds 2018\/2023. The offer period of the public offer of the bonds begins as planned on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Due to the high demand, however, it is expected that the offer period shall already end during the course of April 24, 2018 and not, as initially planned, on April 25, 2018. The final placement volume of the bonds shall be determined after the end of the offer period.<\/p>\n<p>The new bonds 2018\/2023 are expected to be included in the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on May 2, 2018. This issuance is accompanied by IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG and M.M. Warburg &amp; CO (AG &amp; Co.) Hintergrund ist das hohe Investoreninteresse an den neuen Schuldverschreibungen 2018\/2023. Die Zeichnungsfrist f\u00fcr das \u00f6ffentliche Angebot der Schuldverschreibungen wird wie geplant am Dienstag, 24. April 2018, beginnen. Aufgrund der Nachfragesituation soll sie aber voraussichtlich bereits im Laufe des 24. April 2018 und nicht, wie urspr\u00fcnglich vorgesehen, erst am 25. April 2018 beendet werden. \u00dcber das endg\u00fcltige Platzierungsvolumen soll nach Beendigung der Zeichnungsfrist entschieden werden.\r\n\r\nDie neuen Schuldverschreibungen 2018\/2023 sollen voraussichtlich am 2.\u00a0Mai 2018 in den Freiverkehr der Frankfurter Wertpapierb\u00f6rse einbezogen werden. Die Emission wird von der IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG und M.M.Warburg & CO (AG & Co.)
