With effect from July 1, 2018, the company\u2019s Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Manfred Hochleitner (45) as Chief Financial Officer, who will immediately take over responsibility for the Finance and Controlling, HR, IT, Organization, Administration, Investor Relations, and Legal departments.<\/p>\n<p>After successfully completing his degree in mathematics, with a minor in economics, at the University of Passau, Manfred Hochleitner gained extensive experience in the electronics and electrical engineering sector in his seven years at the VOGT electronic Group, ultimately being appointed as an authorized officer and Head of the Production and Supply Chain Management business segment. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Hochleitner was the managing director of Optiplan GmbH. Following his role as commercial director at mechanical engineering company G\u00e4mmerler AG, he spent six years at Phoenix Solar AG as Director Controlling\/Finance and as Chief Financial Officer until 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Eckhard H\u00f6rner-Marass, Chief Executive Officer of Manz AG, comments: \u201cIn Mr. Hochleitner, we have gained an experienced expert for the position of the Chief Financial officer. In addition, Mr. Hochleitner also has extensive knowledge in the target sectors of relevance for Manz AG. Mit Wirkung zum 01. Juli 2018 hat der Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft Herrn Manfred Hochleitner (45) als Finanzvorstand bestellt, der ab sofort die Bereiche Finanzen und Controlling, Personal, IT, Organisation, Verwaltung, Investor Relations und Recht verantwortet.<\/p><p>Manfred Hochleitner sammelte nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Diplom-Studiums Mathematik mit Nebenfach Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Universit\u00e4t Passau in sieben Jahren bei der VOGT electronic Gruppe umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Elektronik- und Elektrotechnikbranche, zuletzt als Prokurist und Leiter des Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichs Produktion und Supply-Chain-Management. Von 2007 bis 2011 war Herr Hochleitner Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Optiplan GmbH. Auf die Kaufm\u00e4nnische Leitung des Maschinenbauers G\u00e4mmerler AG folgten bis 2018 sechs Jahre bei der Phoenix Solar AG als Director Controlling \/ Finance sowie als Finanzvorstand.
