Februar 2020 &#8211; Die Dermapharm Holding SE (WKN: A2GS5D, ISIN: DE000A2GS5D8) hat heute \u00fcber die Dermapharm Beteiligungs GmbH einen Vertrag zur \u00dcbernahme der Allergopharma GmbH &amp; Co. KG, mit Sitz in Reinbek bei Hamburg, Deutschland, einer Tochtergesellschaft der Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Deutschland, abgeschlossen. Mit Closing der Transaktion erlangt die Dermapharm Beteiligungs GmbH 100,00 Prozent der Anteile an dem auf Desensibilisierung bei Allergien spezialisierten Unternehmen. \u00dcber den Kaufpreis wurde zwischen den Vertragsparteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kaufvertrag steht noch unter dem Zustimmungsvorbehalt der relevanten Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde.
