While 8.5 % revenues growth was achieved in the first nine months of 2017, Delticom increased its consolidated revenues by more than 13 % in the final quarter (Q4 2016: +3.9 %).<\/p>\n<p>In its established core automotive business, the Delticom Group grew its revenues by almost 9 % over the full 2017 year, despite a stagnating market environment. By contrast with the previous year, the company did not implement any price increases in its online shops during fourth-quarter winter business, with the aim of further expanding its market-leading position. Despite this pricing policy and a cost rise accompanying the higher shipments volume, a solid EBITDA margin of around 2 % was achieved in the established core automotive business.<\/p>\n<p>Revenues were up by more than 60 % year-on-year in the comparatively new business fields supplementing and expanding the established automotive business (mobile tyre fitting and online used car trading in France) together with efood and logistics. These fast-growing and promising business areas are still in the buildup phase, however, and burden Delticom Group results as a consequence.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the aforementioned factors and negative currency effects of around \u20ac 1 million, the Delticom Group achieved an EBITDA of around \u20ac 10 million in the financial year elapsed (FY 2016: \u20ac 15 million), after a guidance of \u20ac 16 million for fiscal year 2017. The 2017 Group EBITDA margin amounts to around 1.5 % (FY 2016: 2.5 %). Based on these preliminary results, consolidated earnings of around \u20ac 1 million are expected (FY 2016: \u20ac 4.5 million). Februar 2018 - Die Delticom AG, (WKN 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, B\u00f6rsenk\u00fcrzel DEX), Europas f\u00fchrender Onlineh\u00e4ndler f\u00fcr Reifen und Autozubeh\u00f6r sowie Spezialist im eFood und Experte auf dem Gebiet effizienter Lagerlogistik, erzielte im abgelaufenen Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr nach den vorl\u00e4ufigen Zahlen einen Umsatz von etwa 667 Mio. Euro und \u00fcbertrifft damit die urspr\u00fcngliche Umsatzprognose von 650 Mio. Euro. W\u00e4hrend in den ersten neun Monaten 2017 ein Umsatzwachstum von 8,5 % erzielt wurde, hat Delticom im Schlussquartal den Konzernumsatz um mehr als 13 % gesteigert (Q4 2016: +3,9 %).\r\n\r\nIn ihrem etablierten Automotive-Kerngesch\u00e4ft konnte die Delticom-Gruppe im Gesamtjahr 2017 trotz eines stagnierenden Marktumfelds den Umsatz um knapp 9 % steigern. Anders als im Jahr zuvor hat die Gesellschaft im Schlussquartal die Preise in den Onlineshops im Verlauf des Wintergesch\u00e4fts nicht erh\u00f6ht, um ihre marktf\u00fchrende Stellung weiter auszubauen. Trotz dieser Preispolitik und des mit dem gestiegenen Absatzvolumen einhergehenden Kostenanstiegs wurde im etablierten Automotive-Kerngesch\u00e4ft im Gesamtjahr eine solide EBITDA-Marge von rund 2 % erzielt.\r\n\r\nIn den vergleichsweise neuen Gesch\u00e4ftsfeldern zur Erg\u00e4nzung und zum Ausbau des etablierten Automotive-Bereichs (mobile Reifenmontage und Online-Gebrauchtwagenhandel in Frankreich) zusammen mit den Bereichen eFood und Logistics wurden die Ums\u00e4tze im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um mehr als 60 % gesteigert. Diese schnell wachsenden und zukunftstr\u00e4chtigen Gesch\u00e4ftsfelder befinden sich jedoch noch in der Aufbauphase und belasten folglich das Ergebnis der Delticom-Gruppe.\r\n\r\nAufgrund der dargestellten Effekte und negativer W\u00e4hrungseinfl\u00fcsse in H\u00f6he von ca. 1 Mio. Euro erzielte die Delticom-Gruppe im abgelaufenen Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr ein EBITDA von rund 10 Mio. Euro, nach 15 Mio. Euro im Vorjahr und einer Prognose f\u00fcr 2017 von 16 Mio. Euro.
